Forexizer 1.5: Rebuilt, with Indices, Commodities & Premium

This is the biggest update Forexizer has had since launch: a rebuild of the app's core with a refreshed look and a lot of new capability.

What's new

• New branding and visual design, including updated app icons with support for the latest iOS styles.
• Indices and commodities are now supported in position size calculations, alongside forex pairs, with correct contract sizes for each.
• Premium subscriptions are now available, unlocking additional accounts and features for traders who want more from the app.
• Faster, more reliable exchange rate data, now served from our own backend instead of fetching live on every calculation.
• The app version is now shown in Settings, making it easier to know what you're running when reporting an issue.

Fixes and polish

• Fixed a bug where the currency-pair selector sometimes didn't pre-select a pair on first load.
• Fixed the contract-size table for certain instruments.
• General stability and performance improvements across the app.
