Purchases through Paddle

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for Forexizer purchases. Paddle handles payments, billing support, cancellations, and refunds under its buyer terms and refund policy.

Requesting a refund

Request a refund through Paddle Buyer Support. Include the email address used at checkout and your transaction details. Paddle decides eligibility under its refund policy and applicable consumer law.

Technical problems

If a technical problem prevents you from using Forexizer, contact us through the website contact form first. Give us enough detail to reproduce the problem. If we cannot resolve it, you may request a refund from Paddle.

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle Buyer Support. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless Paddle tells you otherwise.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Where those rights provide more protection, they apply.
